In my website, if you currently www.myswebsite.com / pictures you take to a page called "index of images." I do not do that, but you can still go on each image to go www.myswebsite.com / images / image.jpg

  1. This configuration can be activated in the Control Panel. Since I do not know which one you use, I can not tell you the steps, but disable first and foremost a switch box to the display of the directory of your website. They do not pay attention to all those who are different, since the method is automatically to be fair, once you are in your control panel for protection.

If you find any reason not to, here are the instructions --

  2. Depending on your web server. Is usually a parameter that gives the noindex for specific directories. But you can make a cut just create an empty index.html and then in the directory.

  3. Create an HTML file named index.html or index.htm and then to the subdirectory that the site will soon follow the other is transmitted.
